Cameron Residences stands on Mapalad Street in Barangay Mariblo, off Roosevelt Avenue, Quezon City — the pocket between Roosevelt, Del Monte and Quezon Avenue. It is a quiet inner street on the edge of a very busy corridor, and the thing that defines it is medicine.
Capitol Medical Center is 640 metres away. St. Luke's Medical Center Quezon City — one of the best-regarded hospitals in the country — is 1.49 km. National Children's Hospital is 1.62 km, the Philippine Kidney Dialysis Foundation 1.81 km, United Doctors Medical Center 2.63 km, Quezon City General Hospital 2.98 km, the Philippine Children's Medical Center 3.03 km and UERM 3.08 km. That is eight hospitals inside 3.1 kilometres, and it is the single strongest argument for this address: for a doctor, a nurse, a medical resident or a family managing ongoing treatment, almost nowhere in Metro Manila is better placed.
The schools follow. St. Mary's College of Quezon City is 900 metres, Siena College 1.37 km, St. Joseph's College 1.55 km, Trinity University of Asia 1.57 km, St. Theresa's College 1.71 km and Lourdes School of Quezon City 2.09 km. For a family, that is six established schools inside a short drive.
Retail and work sit on the EDSA side. TriNoma is 2.74 km and SM City North EDSA 2.91 km, with Eton Centris at 2.65 km, Landers 2.76 km and S&R Congressional 2.82 km. The ABS-CBN Broadcast Center is 2.22 km and GMA Network Center 2.87 km — the broadcast district is on the doorstep. For rail, LRT-1 Balintawak is 3.04 km and MRT-3 Araneta Center-Cubao 3.86 km.

Distances as published by DMCI Homes on the Cameron Residences project page. Straight-line approximations — actual travel time depends on route and traffic.
Roosevelt Avenue is a main artery and it behaves like one. Cameron sits a street back from it, which buys quiet, but every trip out joins Roosevelt or Del Monte and then EDSA or Quezon Avenue. The nearest rail is LRT-1 Balintawak at 3.04 km — a ride, not a walk. This is a drive-or-ride address in one of the most congested parts of Quezon City.
It is also not a lifestyle destination. There is no Ayala mall, no restaurant strip, no waterfront. What is here is hospitals, schools, churches, a sports complex and two broadcast networks — a working district. Buy it for proximity to one of those, not for the neighbourhood.
If you want the same city with more space for the money, The Oriana on Aurora Boulevard and The Erin Heights on Commonwealth both sell larger units at a lower price per square metre. If you want the Quezon Avenue business corridor rather than the medical one, One Delta Terraces is at West Avenue.
The building & units · 45 storeys on 3,479 sqm
Cameron Residences is a single high-rise tower — 45 residential levels over 6 levels of basement parking — on a 3,479 sqm site. It is DMCI's Modern Tropical line: wide eaves, large windows and cross-ventilation, with Lumiventt Sky Patio cut-throughs in the building features. At forty-five storeys on a lot that size, this is one of the tallest, tightest things DMCI has built.
Construction is finished. DMCI's site progress log reaches 100.00% in February 2025, and the units still on the list carry turnover dates running from January 2025 to March 2026 — all now in the past.
Nineteen units on DMCI’s October 1, 2026 list, and seventeen of them are one-bedrooms. The other two are a 53 sqm two-bedroom (0915, ₱7,246,000) and an 83 sqm three-bedroom (3209, ₱11,382,000) — both marked On Hold, as are two of the one-bedrooms. That leaves fifteen one-bedrooms open to reserve today. DMCI’s published full price range still runs to ₱12,603,000.
The one-bedrooms come in DMCI's three published layouts:
Available unit numbers run from 0217A to 4205 — the second floor to the forty-second — so what is left is spread the full height of the tower rather than clustered.
Per square metre the seventeen one-bedrooms run ₱153,185 to ₱206,733, with a median of ₱187,100. The two ends are worth knowing by name.
The cheapest units are Cameron 0605 and 0614 — 30 sqm each at ₱5,316,000, or ₱177,200/sqm, the lowest rate among the one-bedrooms you can reserve today. The 40.5 sqm 2201B works out lower still at ₱153,185/sqm, but it is on hold — ask whether it can be released.
The dearest floor area is a 30 sqm unit. Cameron 3812 — 30 sqm on the 38th floor at ₱6,202,000 — is ₱206,733/sqm, or ₱886,000 more than the identical 30 sqm plan on the 6th floor. Against the 33 sqm 1516 at ₱5,991,000, that is ₱211,000 more for 3 sqm less.
The rest of the 30 sqm stack climbs with height — ₱5,316,000 on the 6th, ₱5,589,000 on the 30th, ₱5,613,000 on the 32nd, ₱5,668,000 on the 36th — and then jumps ₱534,000 between the 36th and the 38th. Ask what changes at that floor before paying the step; the price list does not explain it and DMCI publishes no premium-floor tier.
Sixteen of the nineteen are front units facing north and three are rear units facing south. North-facing is the orientation to want: no direct afternoon sun on the glass, which on a 45-storey tower with large Modern Tropical windows is a real difference to what you spend on air conditioning. The three south-facing rear units — 0605, 2201B and 4205 — include one of the two cheapest units in the building.
Parking is on six basement levels and is transacted separately from the unit. Mapalad Street is narrow and residential; treat a slot as necessary rather than optional.
Amenities · what the estate actually gives you

Three pools on a 3,479 sqm lot. A lap pool, a leisure pool and a kiddie pool, wrapped around the base of the tower with the garden and play area. Fitting all three onto a site this size, under a 45-storey building, is the design achievement here — and unlike a podium-only scheme they sit at ground level with real planting around them.
The Sky Promenade. An open deck at the top of the tower with the whole of northern Quezon City below it. On a building where every available unit is a 30–36.5 sqm one-bedroom, the roof is where you get to stand up and breathe.
Lumiventt Sky Patios, and they matter at this height. DMCI lists Sky Patio (Lumiventt Technology) among Cameron's building features — the two-storey cut-throughs that let air cross the floor plate. In a 45-storey Modern Tropical tower with large windows, cross-ventilation is what keeps the corridors and the units from becoming an air-conditioning bill.
Built-in commercial-grade fibre internet. DMCI has published this for Cameron specifically — provided on move-in rather than as a provision you arrange yourself. For a working-from-home tenant or a medical resident on shift, that is worth real rent.
Three pools sound like more than they are at this density. Forty-five residential levels share them. The pool deck photographs beautifully and empty; on a Sunday it will not be empty. This is the trade for a tall tower on a small lot, and it is a fair one — but price it honestly.
“Resort-inspired living” is DMCI's suburban vocabulary. Cameron has genuine landscaping and a proper amenity core, which is more than most inner-city towers manage — but a 3,479 sqm lot in Mariblo is not a resort and the phrase sets up the wrong expectation on a site visit.
“Pool water slides” is a kiddie-pool feature, as at every DMCI project — one short slide into the shallow basin, not a separate attraction.
“WiFi Access” on the amenity list means the common areas. The in-unit provision is the fibre service; the amenity-deck WiFi is a different thing.

Cameron Residences qualifies for DMCI Homes’ 5% downpayment promo — a ready-for-occupancy home with the lightest entry cost of the year.
| Promo Term | Discount | DP Period | Financing |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5% DP · 95% balance thru bank financing | 2% OFF | DP payable in 12 months | Chinabank & BPI only |
For reservations through October 31, 2026, spread your 12% downpayment over 32 months with a 1% discount plus a further 1.5% on your unit — DMCI’s Christmas Countdown adds a further 1.5% on top of the Modified Third Quarter Deals’ usual 1% for October reservations (memo PD-26-09-031); November reservations get 1%.
Full promo terms, memo references and validity dates — including which properties qualify for which tier — are on the promos page. Final figures are confirmed at reservation.
Three ways into the same unit at Cameron Residences. The 5% low spot downpayment is the lightest entry cost of the year — and it hands the bank ₱317,897 more to carry, which at an indicative 8.5% over 20 years works out to about ₱2,759 more every month, or roughly ₱662,108 more paid over the term. Home Advance keeps the smaller loan, carries the lightest monthly downpayment of the three, and is the only one that gets you into the unit before the bank releases anything.
You own the unit from Day 1 on all three — the Home Advance lease buys occupancy of a unit already in your name, not a chance to buy it later. The full three-way breakdown, computed on a real unit →
Cameron Residences qualifies for the DMCI Homes Home Advance (Rent-to-Own) program. Move into your unit and lease it while you complete payment — instead of waiting for full bank financing.

On DMCI’s October 1, 2026 list Cameron has one-bedrooms, plus one 2-Bedroom and one 3-Bedroom that are both on hold — the 2-Bedroom and 3-Bedroom rates are the programme rates for those types. Home Advance is a payment route, not a discount.
*Move-In Cash-Out = 1 month advance rental + 2 months security deposit + ₱12,500 one-time utility deposit. PMO turnover fees (joining fee + water service deposit) are FREE under the promo.
How Home Advance works — the 4-month pre-qualification, lease terms, and the free association dues by lease length — is set out in full on the promos page.

1BR entry prices, sizes, medians and unit counts computed from DMCI’s October 1, 2026 availability list. Median ₱/sqm is the median across that property's available one-bedrooms only, so the comparison is like-for-like.
Against The Oriana — the only QC alternative with real one-bedroom stock — Cameron is now ₱207,000 dearer to enter and about 1% dearer per square metre. ₱5,316,000 against ₱5,109,000, at ₱187,100/sqm against ₱184,803. The Oriana gives you 144 one-bedrooms to choose from and a bigger, better-known estate; Cameron gives you the medical cluster. Viera and Infina have one and four units left between them — not a choice, a leftover.
Cameron Residences is a specialist address wearing a general one's marketing. Sold as “a symphony of urban connectivity” it is unremarkable; described accurately — a 45-storey tower of one-bedrooms with eight hospitals inside 3.1 km, one of them St. Luke's — it is one of the clearest propositions in the DMCI catalogue, for a very specific buyer.
If you are that buyer, the price is fair and the stock is thin: fifteen one-bedrooms open in a forty-five-storey building, and the only two-bedroom on hold. If you are not, the same money buys more room at The Oriana or The Erin Heights.
Two units to ask about first: Cameron 0605 and 0614 — 30 sqm each, ₱5,316,000, the cheapest units you can reserve today at ₱177,200/sqm. If you need more room, ask whether the on-hold 40.5 sqm 2201B (₱6,204,000) or the 53 sqm two-bedroom 0915 (₱7,246,000) can be released.

Frequently Asked Questions
Cameron Residences is on Mapalad Street, Barangay Mariblo, off Roosevelt Avenue, Quezon City — a quiet inner street on the edge of the Roosevelt / Del Monte corridor. Capitol Medical Center is 640 metres away, St. Mary's College of Quezon City 900 metres, St. Luke's Medical Center Quezon City 1.49 km, TriNoma 2.74 km and SM City North EDSA 2.91 km. The nearest rail is LRT-1 Balintawak at 3.04 km.
Yes. Construction is complete — DMCI's site progress log reaches 100.00% in February 2025 — and the units still on the availability list carry turnover dates from January 2025 to March 2026, all now in the past. There is no waiting period and no construction risk left to price.
Mostly one-bedrooms. DMCI's October 1, 2026 availability list has 19 units: 17 one-bedrooms — 1-Bedroom A (inner) at 30 sqm, eleven units, ₱5,316,000 to ₱6,202,000; 1-Bedroom B (inner) at 33 sqm, four units, ₱5,991,000 to ₱6,388,000; one 36.5 sqm end unit at ₱6,473,000 and one 40.5 sqm unit at ₱6,204,000 — plus one 53 sqm two-bedroom at ₱7,246,000 and one 83 sqm three-bedroom at ₱11,382,000. Four of the 19 are marked On Hold: both larger one-bedrooms, the two-bedroom and the three-bedroom.
DMCI publishes 45 residential levels over 6 levels of basement parking, on a 3,479 sqm site. It is a Modern Tropical high-rise and one of the tallest buildings DMCI has put on a lot that size. Available unit numbers run from 0217A to 4205 — the second floor to the forty-second — so what is left is spread the full height of the tower rather than clustered on a few floors.
Among the units you can reserve today, Cameron 0605 and 0614 — 30 sqm each at ₱5,316,000, or ₱177,200 per square metre — are both the cheapest units and the cheapest floor area. The 40.5 sqm 2201B works out lower at ₱153,185 per square metre, and the 53 sqm two-bedroom at ₱136,717, but both are on hold; ask Ina whether either can be released.
Cameron 3812 — a 30 sqm unit on the 38th floor at ₱6,202,000 — works out at ₱206,733 per square metre, the dearest floor area in the building. That is ₱886,000 more than the identical 30 sqm plan on the 6th floor, and ₱534,000 more than the same plan two floors below on the 36th. DMCI publishes no premium-floor tier that explains the step, so ask before paying it.
The 17 one-bedrooms run from ₱153,185 to ₱206,733 per square metre, with a median of ₱187,100. Against the like-for-like alternative, The Oriana's available one-bedrooms sit at a median of ₱184,803/sqm and start at ₱5,109,000, so The Oriana is now slightly cheaper on both counts; Cameron's case is the medical cluster around it.
On one-bedrooms: Cameron 30–40.5 sqm from ₱5,316,000 at ₱187,100/sqm with 17 one-bedrooms. The Oriana (Aurora Blvd., Project 4) 29–35.5 sqm from ₱5,109,000 at ₱184,803/sqm with 144 one-bedrooms. Infina Towers (Aurora Blvd., Brgy. Marilag) 28–36 sqm from ₱5,163,000 at ₱181,335/sqm — but only 4 units in total. Viera Residences (Scout Tuason) 27.5 sqm at ₱4,675,000 — only 1 unit. The Erin Heights and One Delta Terraces have large inventories but no one-bedrooms at all. So the real choice is Cameron or The Oriana: The Oriana is slightly cheaper and offers far more units; Cameron sits in the medical cluster.
Sixteen of the nineteen units on DMCI's October 1 list are front units facing north, and three are rear units facing south. North-facing is the orientation to want here: no direct afternoon sun on the glass, which matters on a 45-storey Modern Tropical tower with large windows. The three south-facing rear units are 0605, 2201B and 4205 — and 0605 is one of the two cheapest units in the building.
Eight within about 3.1 km. Capitol Medical Center is 0.64 km, St. Luke's Medical Center Quezon City 1.49 km, National Children's Hospital 1.62 km, the Philippine Kidney Dialysis Foundation 1.81 km, United Doctors Medical Center 2.63 km, Quezon City General Hospital 2.98 km, the Philippine Children's Medical Center 3.03 km and UERM Memorial Medical Center 3.08 km. For a doctor, nurse or resident — or a household managing ongoing treatment — that cluster is the strongest single argument for this address.
Three pools at the base of the tower — a lap pool, a leisure pool and a kiddie pool — plus a Sky Promenade at the top, an amenity core, game area, entertainment room, fitness gym, children's playground and play area, landscaped gardens, gazebo and cabana, lounge area, arrival court, convenience store, laundry station, water station, pool deck and shower area, roof deck, 24-hour security, perimeter fence, CCTV provision, standby generator and common-area WiFi. The building features include DMCI's Sky Patio (Lumiventt Technology) cross-ventilation, which on a 45-storey tower is a genuine running-cost difference. DMCI has also published that Cameron units come with built-in commercial-grade fibre internet on move-in.
Through October 31, 2026, Cameron Residences qualifies for the DMCI Homes Modified Third Quarter Deals (memo PD-26-07-031): a 12% downpayment spread over 32 months with a 1% discount (plus a further 1.5% for October reservations under DMCI's Christmas Countdown, memo PD-26-09-031 — the two run in sequence, about 2.485% all-in) on the unit, with the 88% balance payable via bank or in-house financing. The special discount applies to units only and cannot be combined with regular discounts; parking may follow the same promo payment term as the unit.
Yes. Cameron Residences qualifies for DMCI Homes' 5% downpayment promo (memo PD-26-05-028), valid for reservations from June 1 to November 30, 2026: pay just 5% down over 12 months with a 2% discount, and finance the 95% balance through Chinabank or BPI bank financing. DMCI's selected buildings list (Cypress Towers, Illumina Residences, Royal Palm Residences, Tivoli Garden Residences, Willow Park Homes) carries a higher 4% discount under the same terms.
Yes. Cameron Residences in Quezon City qualifies for DMCI Homes' Home Advance (Rent-to-Own) program, so you can move in now and pay your balance later instead of waiting for full bank financing. Monthly HomeAdvance lease starts at PHP 11,500 for a 1-Bedroom, with a one-time move-in cash-out of PHP 47,000. To pre-qualify you complete 4 months of downpayment, either paid in advance or monthly (qualifying after the 4th payment). Promo validity October 1 to December 31, 2026, per DMCI memo PD-26-09-012.
At Cameron Residences the monthly HomeAdvance lease rate for a 1-Bedroom — the only unit type currently available — is from PHP 10,500/month, with a one-time move-in cash-out of PHP 47,000. The programme also publishes rates for 2-Bedroom (53–66 sqm) at PHP 15,500 and 3-Bedroom (80–88 sqm) at PHP 18,000, but those units are all on hold and none is available. The move-in cash-out is 1 month advance rental plus 2 months security deposit plus a PHP 12,500 utility deposit; PMO turnover fees (joining fee and water service deposit) are free. Minimum lease is 6 months.
You are the buyer from Day 1. Home Advance at Cameron Residences is not a rent-first arrangement — you reserve and sign a Contract to Sell on that specific unit before any occupancy begins, and every peso of your downpayment is equity in that purchase. The unit leaves the market the day you reserve and your price is locked at your contract price. There is no later conversion step and no separate approval needed to make you an owner, because you already are one; the only approval remaining is the bank loan on the balance, which every buyer on every payment term goes through. The Home Advance lease covers occupancy of a unit you have already bought while the balance is processed for bank drawdown, and that lease payment is not credited to the purchase — your ownership runs on the downpayment, in parallel.
On Cameron 0605, a 30 sqm 1BR at Cameron Residences listed at ₱5,316,000: the 12% spot downpayment asks ₱637,920 in one payment and leaves a bank loan of ₱4,678,080. The 5% low spot downpayment needs ₱49,207 to start and ₱19,207 a month for 12 months, but leaves a bank loan of ₱4,949,196. Home Advance needs ₱48,798 to start and ₱18,798 a month for 32 months, and leaves the smallest bank loan of the three at ₱4,631,299 — about ₱2,759 a month less than the 5% route at an indicative 8.5% over 20 years. Final figures are confirmed at reservation.
